Net-Worth increase from last month: +115K SGD, +1.3KG Gold
The increase was mainly due to the appreciation of our flat and secondarily our salary.
I would say pretty good start of the year.
Investment: -10.21% annualized return, incl. dividend
Still sitting on huge loss.
