Net-Worth increase from last month: +38K SGD, +0.07KG Gold
The increase was mainly due to increase in property value and salary, offset by stock market loss and the appreciation of SGD vs other currencies.
In terms of Gold, the price has increased a bit, basically offsetting the SGD gain.
Investment: -3.73% annualized return, incl. dividend
Absolute loss increased a bit this month, basically just in the last couple of days.
